Vision

Mission statement: To educate individuals the dangers of living a sedentary lifestyle from multiple outlooks. We want to spread awareness of sedentary behaviors, their consequences, and how to prevent this lifestyle while being inclusive to many demographics.   

 

Vision statement: To help improve the quality of life of those who may not have a background in exercise sciences. To present educated advice or guidance as how to stay active and live a long healthy lifestyle while preventing underlying diseases and long term health defects
